The DOGie Bag currently ships within the continental USA only. To insure our product arrives in a refrigerated state, we have two shipping rates. If you are located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone, we are pleased to offer you a reduced flat shipping rate of $19.95 for packages weighing 25 pounds or less. Orders exceeding our average shipping weight of 25 pounds may incur additional shipping fees. If additional shipping charges apply to your order, you will be contacted before we process your order. If you live in the Central or Eastern time zone, your shipping rate will be calculated with a choice of either 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select at time of checkout. These rates insure that our products will be delivered to you in the coldest state possible to maintain product freshness.
You will be notified when product is shipped. Orders are shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received.
Normal UPS delivery time from date of shipment is two to three business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from California.
