Meals are packaged in a vacuum sealed pouch to preserve their freshness. Our meals are made to order each week and frozen until they can be delivered.  They can be kept in a freezer for up to one year but we recommend that frozen product be used within 3 months of purchase. Unopened pouches can be refrigerated for up to 14 days. Once the package is opened it can be kept under refrigeration for only 3-4 days, the same as food you would cook for yourself. |
